今日ケンブリッジの委員会からこんなメール届きました。

Unfortunately the schedule for the Speaking test does not get finalised until candidature numbers are secure. Therefore due to your work commitments I will cancel your Cambridge exam booking and you will receive a refund for 100% of the fee.
Please provide your bank account details for the refund payment to be processed.

the committee which must have held Cambridge exam could not get number of candidate which needs hold that test????
in spite of I have been keeping learn English, I can not get the chance that is able to prove my ability of English!!!
I need bring back the evidence that is for a job interview after came back Japan.
I was going to take advantage to it and to get high income to make my side job grow up!!!!
I hope IELTS is going hold……
